Pseudonyms and nicknames are popular. One could choose
a name of someone whos interesting, and who once lived, or still
lives, in reality, or merely in the imagination (like Robin
Hood, Sherlock Holmes, James Bond).
MODELS IN ACTION, too, like to play with this, but without having much
to do with the originals whose names theyve chosen, apart from
their sympathy for them, or their reputation, or out of interest for
their life-times and environments. To understand MODELS one doesnt
